Members' Night NY: Cocktail Class at Fish Cheeks

Here's the thing about Fish Cheeks: it already has some of the best drinks in the city. So the fact that Chacha Suwincha — their Beverage Director, 2024 Michelin Exceptional Award recipient, and genuine cocktail obsessive — is willing to teach you how to make them? That's the whole point. On April 7, we're taking over the private second-floor dining room for an evening that starts with oysters and a welcome cocktail and ends with you knowing things about herbs, botanicals, and fragrance-forward drinks that most people never will. Chacha's approach is minimal and ingredient-driven — she's not building anything complicated, she's building something you'll think about for weeks. You'll craft two cocktails together (the second paired with a bite, naturally), and somewhere in the middle of all of it, you'll have the best Tuesday night you've had in a while. Space is capped at 25 guests. This is by design. One thing: this night is Members only — no plus ones this time around. We love them, we do. They'll get their moment. But tonight is yours.
